Processing Time
All orders are hand-poured and carefully prepared just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume or limited-edition launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by carrier and location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be sent via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Cute Critter Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
