Return & Refund Policy
At Cute Critter Candles, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because our products are handcrafted and scented, we have the following return policy in place.
Returns
Due to the nature of candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
help@cutecrittercandles.com
Include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will happily offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Used or burned candles
Sale or clearance items
Limited edition or seasonal releases
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Scent Preferences
Because scent strength and preference are subjective, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference alone.
